ビークリーン加藤社長のあとには大山板金の社長にも来て頂き、屋根に登ってダクト周囲の除雪をしてもらいました。この日は急に暖かくなったため屋根の雪が溶けて雨樋とダクトに大量に流れ込んだことからこの雨漏りになりました。
雨漏り当日、大山板金の社長が天井裏を確認したところ、雨樋で濡れている箇所を発見しました。写真では奥の茶色の木が水に濡れて濃くなっているのが分かります。ここが雨漏りの場所。つまり、前回補修した部分よりもっと上流で漏水しているのです
翌日大山板金の社長が雨樋を確認したところ、防水ビニールに大きな亀裂を発見。
こんな大きな裂け目があります。木が濡れた場所と一致します。
