6月に購入完了していたのに今までほとんど何もして来なかった芦別市の一戸建て
A detached house in Ashibetsu that I had not done anything so far though I had purchased it in June
昭和40年代に北海道で多数建築されたコンクリートブロック2階建ての分譲建て売り住宅です。私の物件の周辺にも全く同じ建物が連なっています。
It is a condominium building 2 storey residential building which was constructed in Hokkaido in the Showa 40s age. The same buildings are also continued around my property.
台所はなかなか悲惨で
The kitchen is quite miserable
全部取り外されています。また吊り戸棚がたくさんあります。
All are removed. There are also a lot of hanging cupboards.
南商事の松山さんからは「勝手口の横に吊り型の給湯器を付ける」「吊り戸棚はこんなには要らないでしょう」と言われています。写真に示す通り、勝手口の入口にも戸棚が付いています。
Mr Matsuyama, Minami Shoji says, “I will attach a suspended water heater beside the side door” and “I do not need a hanging cupboard like this”. As shown in the photograph, the entrance of the door is also equipped with a closet.
妻に確認したことろ「吊り戸棚が邪魔で大型の冷蔵庫が置けない」「吊り戸棚って一度入れちゃうと二度と出さないんだよね」とのころで、現在ある吊り戸棚は全て撤去し、松山さんから貰った吊り戸棚を1つだけ付けることにしました。
According to my confirmation to my wife, “The hanging cabinet disturbs me and I can not put a large refrigerator” or “I will never put out a hanging cupboard again once I put it in,” and all the existing hanging cupboards are removed and Matsuyama I decided to attach only one shelf to the cupboard.
シンクは新品と入れ替えます。公団サイズのシンクなら5万円出せば綺麗なものが買えます。
Replace the sink with a new one. If you sink out as a public corporation size, you can buy beautiful things if you put 50,000 yen.
