一番お金のかかった1階北側洋室。床を畳からフロアー張りにして、壁と天井は断熱材入り2重構造としています。保温性能を高めて結露を防ぐためです。

撮影時点では仕切りがありませんが、現在は吊り戸で仕切られるようになっています。
