めざせ! 満室経営 本気ではじめる不動産投資

面白かった。不動産投資の初心者ではなく、ある程度物件を持ったあとの方が面白く読める本です。

内容はきわめて常識的。奇をてらったところはありません。その分じっくり読めます。最後の精神講話も納得できるものです。

最も面白かった部分はp71「家賃収入でのんびり暮らしている大家さんはいない」有名大家であっても家賃収入だけでのんびり暮らしている人はいない、と断言しています。

Was funny. It is not a beginner of real estate investment but a book that can be read funny after having a certain level of property.

Content is quite common sense. I have never met astonishment. I can read it carefully. The last spiritual lecture is also convincing.

The most interesting part is p71 “There is no landlord living relaxingly due to rent income” Even a famous owner is asserting that no one is living a leisurely life through rent income alone.
