ブログをお読みの皆さん、今年はどんな年でしたか。
私といえば、不動産関係では、アパート1棟＋1戸建て1戸購入、1戸建て1戸紹介、宅建合格でした
現在所有31戸で空き（入居予定なし）が2戸です。
以前から持っていた物件
↑旭川市東光13条2丁目1-21キャッスル東光 8月から2部屋開いているのは痛い。来年4月には絶対満室にします。
↑旭川市東光13条2丁目1-20フローレンス132 こちらは3月に学生2名が出た後すぐに社会人が入ってくれてずっと満室。
↑滝川市黄金町東2丁目9-26コスモ黄金 5月に入った人が10月には出てしまい慌てましたが、11月には来年国学院短期大学に入学する学生さんの入居が決まり、来年4月からは満室になります。
今年購入した物件
旭川市豊岡9条1丁目1-5コーポ銀河 今年2016年8月のお盆に購入、10月には満室になりました。入居者は落ち着いている方ばかりなので、この先も満室で行けそうです。
北海道滝川市泉町1戸建て 11月末に決済入手。立ち退くはずの前所有者が訳あって後2ヶ月住みたいとのことで、既に賃料を頂いています。2月にリフォームし3月の繁忙期には入居者を獲得する予定です。
旭川市豊岡4条6丁目一戸建て。私が見つけ、私の甥が購入しました。家族で住んで頂いています。
それと
宅建合格。理系の私は法律問題を解いたのは宅建が初めてでした。法律ではこういう考え方をするんだと感心しましたし、納得もしました。去年計画的に勉強していれば一発で受かったのに、と悔やまれる試験でもありました。来年1月には講習を受け宅建士の免状を頂く予定です。

Speaking of talking about real estate, I bought one apartment + one detached house, introduced one detached house, I passed home building

Property that I had from before

↑ Asahikawa city Toko 13 – 2 – chome 1 – 20 Florence 132 This is a fully booked room soon after 2 students got out of the students.
↑ Takigawa-shi Koganecho East 2 – chome East 2 – chome 9-26 Cosmo Golden The person who entered May came out in October and panicked, but in November the student who enters the next year National College Junior College is decided to move in, next year It will be fully booked from April.
Property purchased this year
Asahikawa City Toyooka 9 – chome 1 – chome 1 – 5 corporate galaxy This year I bought it in O – bon in August 2016, and it became full in October. Because the tenants are only calm, it seems that we can go to a vacancy in the future as well.
One house in Izumi-cho Takigawa-shi, Hokkaido Get settlement at the end of November. It is said that we want to live two months after the previous owner who is supposed to evacuate is in translation, and we have rented it already. We will renovate in February and plan to win tenants during the busy season in March.

With it
Permanent residence passed. I am the first in my science to solve a legal problem. I admired that laws would do this kind of thinking and I was satisfied. It was also a regrettable test that I had accepted it in one shot if I studied systematically last year. I will receive a course in January next year and I am planning to obtain a certificate of home builders.
