今考えると、エアコンについては過剰投資でした。エアコンに掛けた費用を回収するには家賃をかなり上げなければなりませんし、エアコンが欲しい客層はこの築20年過ぎたアパートを賃貸対象とはしていません。ですが、混合栓と無料インターネットは正解でした。

台所も水とお湯の蛇口が別々です。ガス湯沸かし器の温度を下げればお湯だけ出して水仕事をするのでしょうが、物件を決めようとする人たちにとっては大きなマイナス要因です。ですので、洗面台と台所に混合栓を付けることにしました。台所の方はお湯の管がそこまで来ていますから素人でも蛇口が付けられるのですが、洗面台の方はお湯を引いて来る必要があります。ですので自分では手を出さず、全部業者に任せることにしました
