滝川市のコスモ黄金102号室は物件を買った時は入居予定だったのですが、半年で退去してしまいました。そのため、一時期はコスモ黄金の半分が空室でした。
前入居者の入居時にろくに原状回復しないまま入居したそうで、壁に猫の引っ掻き傷などが残っていました。

When I bought a property, Cosmo Golden No. 102 room in Takigawa City was planning to move in, but I exiled in half a year. Therefore, half of the cosmo gold was vacant for a while.
It seems that I moved in without pretty restoration at the time of moving in before the tenant moved in, and cat scratches on the wall were left behind on the wall.
ここも国学院短大の学生を入れる目的で部屋を作ることにしました。
I consulted with Yasuhiro Sato and decided to make a room for the purpose of including students from Kokugakuin College College here as well.
20平米しかなく狭いため、当初は風呂をシャワールームに変更しようと考えましたが2年分の賃料が飛んでいくことから断念。
Because it was only 20 square meters narrow, initially thought about changing the bath to the shower room but abandoning the rent for two years flying away.
この狭い部屋に不釣り合いな立派な洗面台を撤去し、ボロい洗面台が付いていた202に設置しました。ボロい方は廃棄。
壁紙を全面貼り替えたあと、地元の大手の設備屋さんに水道工事をしてもらいました
We removed a wonderful washbasin that was unbalanced in this narrow room and installed it at 202 with a volley wash basin. The way of drinking is discarded.
After rearranging the wallpaper on the whole, we asked the local large-scale equipment shop to do the water supply construction
