題名そのままに、1年目の人を対象に広く浅く書いてあります。良書です。

話がほぼ東京のことに限られることと、読んでいて全く面白くなかった（私も1年目でした）ことで☆一つ減らして4つにしました

As it is, it is widely written shallow for the person of the first year. It is a good book.

I tried to reduce it by one by ☆ I was only fascinated by what I was talking about mostly in Tokyo (I was also the first year)
