具体的な例を挙げてこういう時はどうするのか、例えば部屋で自殺した場合の損害賠償など、こういう場合はこうする、といういろいろな例が載っています。

宅建（民法等）を勉強すればこの半分位は勉強すると思うのですが、普通はそこまで勉強しないでしょうから、これらの例は現場に直結して役に立ちそうです。
