旭川信用金庫に頼んで、翌週に物件の内部を見せてもらうことにしました。旭川信金には「業者は入れない。個人売買である」ことを前から伝えてあります。
旭川信用金庫からは「担当の人が不在のため、梅野という人が鍵を持っていきます」との返事
時間が過ぎてもこない
10分遅れでようやくセンシュウ社長梅野孝という人間が来たら「物件の鍵を忘れてきた」という。何しにきたの？持ってきたものと言ったらワーブロ書きの物件紹介書と登記のコピー。
仲介を頼んでもいないのに物件の資料を持ってきて、仲介料をもらうという。
