煽り調子の題名と異なり、ごく真っ当なことが書かれています。不動産は「不労所得」ではなく「受動所得」である、海外不動産のリスクは高い、などちょっと考えれば納得できることがちゃんと書いてあります。

私の投資スタンスとは異なるものの、書いてあることは素直でよく理解できます。これから大家デビューを考えている方ばかりでなく、全ての投資家にお勧めです。

Unlike enthusiasm title, very true things are written. Real estate is not “incompatible income” but “passive income”, the risk of overseas real estate is high, etc. I think that it is convincing that it can be understood if it thinks for a moment.

Although it is different from my investment stance, it is straightforward to understand what is written. It is recommended not only to people who are planning to debut the owner’s house, but also to all investors.
