滝川市の國學院短大でチラシを配った後、芦別の家を見てもらいました。
After distributing the leaflets at the Kokugakuin College in Takikawa City, we went  to see the house of Ashibetsu.

賃料は私の希望より1万円低いものでした。理由は「窓」。三重窓になっているとはいえ、断熱窓ではありません。
相談して、まずは私の希望の値段でチラシを出して、お客が付かないようなら値下げしてもう一度チラシを撒くことにしました。
