この1週間で旭川市忠和のアパートが2つ売りに出ました。

何度もチラシを撒きましたけど、エントランスは廃墟物件よろしく自転車や新聞紙やビニール製灯油タンクでぐちゃぐちゃ、雑草も生え放題。1戸の玄関前にはベッドのフレームが捨ててあります。ですが、こんなのは捨てれば良いだけの話です。
10部屋、建物85坪、土地97坪で900万円．満室時表面利率35.8％ですからすぐ売れるでしょう。駐車場の空きがないのだけがマイナス要因です。
