今日は大晦日。一年も終わりです。皆さんにとってどんな一年でしたか。
私は、アパート2棟と一戸建て1戸を購入した年でした。

8 houses. Purchased in February. Recruitment of tenants from March. Currently full

14戸．2月に購入。3月から募集開始。現在13戸入居1戸空き
↑ Asahikawa-shi Chuuwa 4 – 8 – chome 4 – 14 Exceed 90
14 houses. Purchased in February. Recruitment started in March. Currently 13 homes 1 door open
↑北海道芦別市北4条西3丁目11-2 一戸建て。
6月に購入。11月に募集開始。現在空家
↑ Hokkaido Ashibetsishi 4 North West 3 – chome 11-2 detached house.
Purchased in June. Recruitment started in November. Current vacant house
↑滝川市泉町の一戸建ては2月に募集を開始して5月に入居頂いています。
それと、宅建は実務者講習を1月に受講して宅建士として活動できることになりました。
↑ Takikawa City Izumi Town ‘s detached house has begun recruitment in February and has been moved in May.
Also, we decided to take a practical training course in January and be able to act as a home owner.

来年の抱負
お金を貯めます。攻めに転じるのは2019年10月からです。
現在、不動産価格は上昇しており、ボロ物件狙いの私にはおいしそうな物件はありません。2019年10月に消費税が10％になれば景気が一気に冷え込みますので、そこからは草狩り場よろしくどんどん物件を手に入れます。
Next year’s resolution
I will save money. It turns offensive from October 2019.
Currently, real estate prices are rising and there are no delicious properties for me that is aimed at the borough property. Since the economy will cool down as soon as the consumption tax reaches 10%, we will get more and more properties from the grass hunting place.
