不動産物件関係では外側や内側に大幅な変更工事を施工することをリノベーションと名付けていますが、ちょっとした照明器具の変更やアクセントクロスの添付でリノベーションと銘打っている会社もあるようです。
先日、アクセントクロスなどで派手にした部屋を見てきました。

マイナス点を消すだけでお客はつきます。リノベーションにかけるお金があったら最も安い壁紙で壁を全部白くして家賃を下げましょう。
