屋根自体の工事が終わり、1週間経過して雨漏りが再発しないのを見極めた上で部屋の補修にかかります。

水を含んだ断熱材を廃棄するために天井を開けます。

ビニールを剝がし断熱材を取ると

天井の骨組みが見えました。

木と木が重なって十字になっている部分が黒くなっています。これが長いこと雨漏りしていた証拠だそうです。雨で釘が錆びたために黒くなったものです。

同じ理屈で、どこから水が出て来たか分かるそうで、この雨樋の場合は端まで黒くなっているから少なくともこの奥が原因だろうとのことです。

それからビニールを敷いて石膏ボードで天井を塞いで
