これからはガラガラ大家さん・空き屋一戸建て大家さんへの直接交渉と銀行情報をメインにして物件を増やして行きます（それでも業者の広告はずっと見続けるでしょう）。現在3棟26室が満室で、資金の余裕もあります。焦ることなく、利益率の高い、長期保有の可能な物件を探して行きます。
