排雪をする　To snow

私が購入する以前のキャッスル東光・フローレンス132ともガラガラ物件だったが故に雪を除けて貯めておく場所がありました。キャッスル東光はすでに満室、フローレンス132も怒濤の如く入居者が決まっていく状況では、雪を貯めておく場所がありません。そこで、初めての排雪をすることいしました。

この年は雪が少なく、排雪は一回で済みました

５万円以上かかりましたが、雪がある地方では必要経費です。

入居者の一人が階段を掃除していました。聞くと、階段の氷で滑って怪我をした人がいるそうです。
