文字通り経営塾です。いろはを教えています。今読み返して面白いのは巻末のインタビュー集くらいです

空室に鍵を掛けないとか管理を住民にやってもらうとか、面白いアイディアも載っています。実際に私が見た物件では空室に鍵を掛けていないところがありました。潔くて素晴らしいと思います。

There are also interesting ideas such as not locking the vacancies or letting the residents manage the management. Actually in the property I saw there was a place not locking the vacancy. I think it is brilliant and wonderful.
