ようやく春が来ました。
でもこれだけ雪が積もっている

1階の窓には屋根雪で窓ガラスが割れないように木を渡してあります。
最も雪のある時には、2階の窓に届くくらいになります。今シーズンはシルバー人材センターに頼んで、2回、窓雪をよかして（どけて）もらいました。
窓の木を取って物置に仕舞います
完成。部屋はかなり明るくなったでしょう
この小さなアパートで、除雪費は10万円位かかります（道路除雪＋駐車場除雪＋窓の雪開放＋融雪槽地下水くみ上げポンプ電気代）。滝川の家賃が旭川や札幌に比べて高いのはこの除雪費のためです。
ちなみに、キャッスル＋フローレンスの除雪代は、駐車場が1回排雪で5.5万円、屋根の凍結防止電熱ヒーター電気代が３万円でした。キャッスル＋フローレンスは20世帯、コスモ黄金は６世帯．雪に対する経費の比率はこれだけ違います。
滝川から岩見沢にかけての物件と、倶知安＋ニセコ物件は家賃が高くなりますね
