旭川市豊岡の物件 Property in Asahikawa-shi Toyooka

滝川市朝日町東の伊藤コーポを扱っている業者の、別の物件を見てきました。
旭川市の不動産情報WEBに載っていないので今まで知りませんでした。
I have been looking at another property of a contractor dealing with Ito Corporation of Takigawa-shi Asahi-cho East.
I did not know so far because it is not on the real estate information web of

豊岡の、旭川東警察署のすぐ近く。都市計画に取り残されたような、S字状の道の横に建っています。
It is close to the Asahikawa Eastern Police Station in Toyooka. It is built next to an S-shaped road like a marginalized city plan.

車庫があります。多分大家さん用でしょう

駐車場がない。あるのかも知れないけど、全部で12戸はありそうなアパート全体の駐車スペースは全然ない。先ほどの車庫を入れてもせいぜい4台が停まれるかどうかThere is no parking lot. There may be some parking spaces in the whole apartment where there are likely to be 12 in all. Whether four cars will stop at the most even if I insert the garage the previous time


手入れもホドホドなされているようですが、何と言っても土地が狭すぎ。車が置けなければ今は駄目でしょう
It seems that the maintenance is done by Hoddhod, but the land is too narrow anyhow. It will be useless unless you can put a car
