旭川信用金庫の紹介で、豊岡中央病院の近くの物件を見てきました。緑東大橋から豊岡中央病院までは入居率のいいGolden beltです。

かなり古いですよ
3階建てですが、傾斜地に建っているので2階、3階は余り意識しません
30年くらい経っているので、古さはそれなりです
3階から下を見ると。高い。
1階の車庫。ヒビ一つ入っておらずきれい。
建物は全く狂っていません。古さはそれなりでしょう。あとは価格。表面利率20%なければ、これほど古いのは手間がかかるだけです。売値は聞いていませんので、どれほどの値段を出してくるかです
