このブログでも何度も取り上げた旭川市豊岡の一戸建て、めでたく入居の申込を頂きました。ありがとうございました。
初めての一戸建て物件でしたが、一戸建ての強さを実感しました。募集開始が5月中旬。この時期は転勤族の異動はもう終わっており人の動きの少ない時期です。またこの建物自体30年以上経っており、中はリフォームしたとはいえ、所々木枠の窓が残っていたりして、古さは否めません。それでも募集から1ヶ月しないで入居者が決まりました。今まで興味を示してくれた方々も転勤族ではなく旭川市内のアパートからの転居を希望されていた人ばかりでした。
自分も経験ありますが、特に小さい子供とアパートの上層階に住むのは何かと不自由します。小さな子供に「走るな」「跳ねるな」と命じるのはとても可哀想でした。
近々別の一戸建ての募集をする予定です。その際にもよろしくお願い致します。

Even so, the tenants were decided without recruiting for one month. Everyone who showed interests so far was not only a relocated tribe but also those who were hoping to move from an apartment in Asahikawa city.
I also have experience, but I am inconvenienced in particular how to live on the upper floors of small children and apartments. It was very poor to command a small child “Do not run” “Do not bounce”.
