不動産所得は不労所得（不労所得）とされています。私も物件を買う前にはそうなのかなと思っていました。
たくさんの物件を手に入れた今では、不労所得という言葉の半分は本当で半分は嘘だと思っています。
(1)半分は本当
現在、最も不労所得に近い収入を上げているのは旭川市豊岡9条1丁目のコーポ銀河です。今年2月にすがもりがありましたが、それ以外は半年間ノンクレームでした。
滝川市黄金町のコスモ黄金も3月に人の入れ替えがあっただけで何にもしていないので、不労所得かな
(2)半分は嘘
現在の活動の中心の旭川市忠和のソルテリア90
毎日毎日（出張不在日以外）土日も休まずチラシを配っています。朝4時に起きて朝6時半まで、実働2時間配っています。一週間で14時間です。
また、私は草取りや簡単な設備工事は自分でやっていますので、それらも労働時間に含まれます。
ただ、一度満室になってしまえば、(1)で述べたように勝手にお金が入ってくる感覚があります。飽くまでも、満室になれば、ですよ。満室になるまでは相当の時間と労力とお金が必要です。
