先日、銀行の方と話す機会がありました。その方によると、「今が投資用不動産価格のピークである」「まだ下がる局面ではないが、これ以上上がることはない」

金融庁からアパートローンの指導が入っています、大きな銀行から入り始めて、現在は地銀や信金レベルまで降りています。この北海道でも風向きは変わってしまい、現在アパートローンを積極的に行っている銀行は1つしかない、とのことでした。

銀行「属性の低い人にはもう貸せなくなりました」
私「じゃあこれから私の時代ですか」
銀行「そうです」
