カナダプレイス借りました I have borrowed Canada Place

大家さんに直接交渉して、少し賃料を下げてもらって契約しました。仲介業者を通していないので大家さんにとっても安く貸せたはずです。
契約書は国土交通省の標準賃貸契約書を使いました。
I negotiated directly with the landlord and contracted it by slightly lowering the rent. Because it does not go through the brokerage agency, it should have owed it cheaply for the owner.
The contract used the standard rental agreement of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

トイレ。洗浄便座をつけてもらったのですが、便器が昔の小さなタイプだったため便座がはみ出てしまいました。それでも用は足せます。
