不動産関連の本はある会社が全額費用を負担し、お情けで本屋に出している例が多くあります。Amazonの書評で☆5個がずらりと並んでいるのは、書評を書くことを条件にただで本がもらえるからです。
私が読んで来た本の中から、すぐ古本屋さん行きとなった本を紹介します。読む人によって印象は違っていても、☆1個が☆5個になることは絶対ないと断言できます。
第1位 「6000件の退去立会いからわかった！ 空室対策はお金よりアイデアです」Book Review ☆ 1 Star “I understood from 6000 deeds in the office! Avoiding vacancies is more ideas than money”
空前絶後の無駄本です。手にすると無駄が移ります。

私が購入した不動産本で最低の本。
タイトルと内容が全く違う本です。どこを見てもアイディアなんて書いていません。立ち会いの話は後半の1/5程度。それも三面記事のような、普遍性に乏しいものです。
アマゾンのこちらに書いてあるように、社会人を20年やっていて6000件の退去立会いをするとなると年間300件。平日も、たまに休日も立ち会わないと数が合いません。
アマゾンで1位だったから買いましたがお金をどぶに捨てたようなものです。

The lowest book in the real estate book I bought.
The title and contents are completely different books. I do not write ideas no matter where I look. The talk of witness is about 1/5 of the latter half. It is also poor in universality like a three-page article.
I bought it because I was ranked number one in Amazon, but it is like throwing money away as a donkey.

2013年頃購入
「となりの億万長者」が素晴らしかったので、日本版として読んでみましたが、全然ダメでした。対象が偏り過ぎでしかも単なる高額所得者をアンケートをまとめただけです。アンケートも1万2000人に出して1000人以下という惨憺たるもの。経費を抑えようとメール＋WEBでのアンケートなのでしょう。職業柄私にもそのようなアンケートが良く来ますが、回答したことはありません（封書で来ればお金がかかっているとわかるのでちゃんと回答しています）。
医者と大大家さんと、遺産相続と、って普通の人はほとんど出てきません。さらに、話の持っていきかたが「本田健」で、どの本を読んでも同じです。「人生の知恵」？？？ そんなもの書いていません。家賃収入で一家して高級車を乗り回している話を「成功者」として持ち上げているような本です。
前書きには「「となりの億万長者」を読んだので同様の本を書く」との記載があります。ですが完成度は雲泥の差です。私が最も気に食わないのが、考察の浅さです。読者が知りたいのは現状のお金持ち具合ではなく、何がきっかけでお金持ちになろうと決心しどうやって今の地位を築き上げたかです。先達から学ぶために本を買うのであって、現在の放蕩生活を聞いたって何の参考にもなりません。トマスJスタンリー先生の本が素晴らしいのは、お金持ちがお金持ちたる所以を詳細に解き明かしているからです。この本をスタンリー先生が読んだら泣くぞ。
買ってもいいでしょうけど「へ？だからどうなの？？」となるのがオチです。

“Nearby millionaires” was wonderful, so I tried reading it as a Japanese version, but it was no good at all. It is just an oversimplification of subjects and merely summarizing questionnaires for high income earners. The questionnaire was also put out for 12,000 people and it was a miserable thing with less than 1,000 people. It would be a questionnaire on email + WEB to keep expenses down. Occupation Pattern Such a questionnaire often comes to me, but I have never responded (If I come in a sealed letter I understand that it costs money so I answer properly).
There are few ordinary people coming out with the doctor and the large owner because of the heritage inheritance. Furthermore, the way to bring the story is “Honda Ken”, no matter which book you read, it is the same. “Wisdom of life”? What? What? I have not written such a thing. It is a book that is raising as a “successful person” a story that is riding a luxury car by a family rental income.
In the foreword, there is a statement that “I have read” Nearby millionaires “so I will write similar books”. However, the degree of completion is the difference between the clouds. It is shallowness of thinking that I do not mind most. What the reader wants to know is not the current richer condition, but what made himself rich and decided how to build up his current position. I buy a book to learn from my pioneer and it does not become a reference to anything that I heard current life. Thomas J. Stanley ‘s book is wonderful because it unravels the reason for rich richness in detail. I will cry when Professor Stanley reads this book.
It would be nice to buy, but what is it like “So what?

2017/7/16にブックオフで200円で購入
衣料品製造業のM社。自転車操業で累積赤字が2000万円．半分の1000万円は社長のベンツのためらしい。
非常に読みにくい。どこに何が書いてあるのか俯瞰できないためいちいち最初から読まなければならない。M社の社長に著者が一方的に話す形になっているので内容は極めて薄い。会計や税制の話なのだが筆者は銀行の一般職員で、退職後に税理士法人に就職、その後独立しただけの無資格者です。
資格がなければものを語るな、とは言いません。ですが資格があれば説得力は増すでしょ。
結局「丸ビル」の文字を見ることなく途中で投了しました。時間の無駄だった
いっぱい本を買っています（ほとんどは古本です）が、ずっと手元に置いておこうという本はほとんどありません。どんな分野でも認められるのは難しいです

M company in clothing manufacturing industry. The cumulative deficit is 20 million yen in bicycle operation. Half of 10 million yen seems to be for president Benz.
Very hard to read. Since you can not see the overview of what is written where it is, you must read from the beginning from the beginning. Contents are extremely thin as the author talks to the president of M company unilaterally. Although it is a talk of accounting and taxation, I am a general staff of a bank, I am employed as a tax accountant corporation after retirement, and it is an unqualified person who just became independent.
If it does not qualify, I will not say that I should not speak. But if you have qualifications you will gain more persuasive power.
After all I tossed on the way without looking at the letters of “Maru Building”. It was a waste of time
I buy a lot of books (most of them are secondhand books), but there are few books that I will keep at hand forever. It is difficult to be recognized in any field
第5位 「ロースクールの挑戦」 弁護士になって日本を変えたい
こんな恥さらしの本よく出したなあ。いくら大学のコマーシャルとはいえ感心するわ。2015年に弁護士を数人出しただけで閉校しています。
オキドキで108円で購入
この本は幻冬舎ルネッサンスという、自費出版の会社から出ています。つまりこの学校の宣伝本。内容も単に在学生に編集者がインタビューしただけのつまらないもの。
アマゾンにこの主人公12人の司法試験結果が書いてありましたが、合格が１人、残り11人が不合格だそうです。
熱く語るのはいいけど、合格してからにしてよね。単なる恥さらしです。合格する前から「腐った日本の司法を救いたい！！」と言ったって説得力ゼロです

This book comes out from a self-published publication called Gentosen Renaissance. In other words, this school’s propaganda book. The content is just a trivial matter that editors interviewed the students.
The judicial test result of this hero 12 people was written in Amazon, but it seems that one person passed and the other 11 failed.
It is nice to talk hotly, but please do it after you pass. It is just shameful. It is zero persuasive to say “I want to save rotten Japanese judiciary!” Before passing
