北海道滝川市「コスモ黄金」Hokkaido Takikawa-shi “Cosmo Kogane”

記事中の「コスモサービス」は2016年に株式会社丸正池田に吸収されました。吸収当時は札幌にも店がありましたが、現在は創業の帯広と旭川だけになっているようです。

旭川のキャッスル東光が満室になったところで、話を滝川市のコスモ黄金に移します。

このコスモ黄金は札幌のコスモサービスという会社の仲介で買ったものです。もとの大家さんは横浜の方で、他にも多数の不動産を持つ方だそうです。コスモサービスは取得した物件にすべて「コスモ」を冠するようで、初めにコスモサービスが入手して名前を変更し、内部の改築をしている最中に旧知の横浜投資家が買ったとのことでした。

旭川の自社ビルも札幌の自社ビルも全てコスモが付きます。

購入の決定はキャッスル東光より早かったのですが決済は2014/5/15でキャッスル東光より２週間遅れました。

こちらも空き部屋をリフォームし無料インターネットを導入したのですが、満室になったのが今年5月です。１年かかりました。管理会社の選び方や不動産業者同士の間柄を学んだ物件です。

This cosmo gold was bought by a company called Cosmo Service of Sapporo as a broker. The original owner is a person in Yokohama, and he seems to be one who has many other real estate. Cosmo Service seems to have “Cosmo” all in the acquired property, Cosmo Service got it first, changed its name and remodeled the interior while the old-fashioned Yokohama investor bought it was.

All our buildings in Asahikawa and our own building in Sapporo are also cosmoed.

The purchase decision was earlier than Castle Toko, but the settlement was delayed two weeks from Castle Toko at 2014/5/15.

We also renovated the vacant room and introduced free internet, but it was fully booked in May this year. It took a year. It is a property that I learned how to choose a management company and the relationship between real estate agents.
