購入した時点で 空いていた部屋は201,202の二つ。ともに2DK。この物件は元々1K10戸を改造して、2DK4戸、1K2戸にしたものです。ですので面積で換算すると4戸/10戸が空いていました。あとでシングル1Kも空くのですが、シングル1Kの方は20平米でかなり狭い。2DKのほうは作りがいかにも2個1でちょっと変ですが使い出はありそう。潰した方の部屋の玄関を物置にしているのはとてもいいと思います。
真南を向いているので日当りはとてもいい。ペット可でチラシ写真を撮るため犬を連れていきました。
先にキャッスル東光にかかっていたため、この物件はとても良く見えます。
ですが、
意味不明な釣り戸棚と空間があります。排水がないので冷蔵庫の場所なのでしょう
1Kにバストイレ別ですから風呂はとっても狭い。
それに対してトイレはとても広い。こんなにいらないだろうと思う位。
配管は整理されていません。ここに洗濯機用の配水管があります。昔々の細長い二槽式をここにおいたのでしょうが、今の全自動ではこの狭さでは入りません。
配管が劣化しており、お湯の方は針金でぶら下げてあります。
こちらもキャッスル東光と同じく、水回りをきれいにして混合栓．洗面台、洗浄便座、エアコンを付けました。でも決まったのは９月です。
The room which was vacant at the time of purchase is two of 201, 202. Both are 2 DK. This property was originally converted from 1K10 houses to 4D 2K and 1K 2 houses. So when converting by area it was 4/10 houses were empty. A single 1 K later is available later, but the singles 1 K are quite narrow at 20 square meters. 2DK is more difficult to make but it seems to be used out although it is slightly strange 2. I think that it is very nice to have the entrance of the crushed room as a storeroom.
Because it is facing south, sunlight is very good. I brought a dog to take pictures of flyers with pets.
Because I was in Castle Toko first, I can see this property very well.
However, as you can see there is space and fishing cupboards of unknown significance. It is the place of the refrigerator because there is no drainage
Because bath toilet is different according to 1K, bath is very narrow.
On the other hand, the toilet is very wide. I think that I do not need this much.
The piping is not organized. Here is the drain pipe for the washing machine. It may have been long time ago to have a long and narrow two – tank formula here, but with this fully automated it will not fit in this narrowness.
The piping is deteriorating, and the hot water is hung with a wire.
As well as Castle Toko light, clean the water and mix it. I got a sink, a toilet seat and an air conditioner. But I decided in September.
