汲み取りの物件：簡易水洗の可能性　Picking up property: possibility of simple water washing

物件を眺めて回っていると、たまに汲み取り便所の物件にぶつかります。この物件もその一つ。それだけ古いのですが、それでもちゃんと人が入っています。

見ると便所の排気管も付いていないようなのでかなり臭いと思うのですが、入っている人にすればそんなものと思うのでしょうか。

親族に、新築時に汲取でその後本下水水洗に変更した人がいたので、聞いてみました。汲取の時は簡易水洗でした。簡易水洗については臭うとか虫が来るとか汲取回数が増えるとか聞いていましたが、親族の話では

・便器と便槽を遮断する弁が付いている。その弁を支えるバネが弱くなると臭いがする。2-3年に一度バネの交換が必要。交換していれば臭わない

・虫は出てこない

・汲取回数は、４人家族（夫婦と高校生の子ども2人）で3−４ヶ月に1回だった。汲取回数が多いとは思わない

・北海道は冬に便槽が凍結するが、親族は新築だったため便槽の凍結は経験していない

とのことで、あらかじめ納得していれば簡易水洗もありだなと思います。

ただ初めから汲取物件は避けるのが無難だとは思います。世の中にはたくさんの物件がありますから、よほど条件が良い汲取物件以外はパスしてもいいでしょう。
