こちらもブライアントレーシーの本。時間管理の本です。面白いことがたくさん書いてあります。項目が整理されておらず読みにくいため☆4個です
アメリカ社会で地位を確立するためのノウハウが詰まっています。日本の縦社会では実行が難しいかなという項目もあります。例えば上司との飲み会の誘いを断るなど、ちょっとできないかもしれません。ですがこの本が訴えたいことは、「自分の時間を最大限に確保して成績を上げよう」ということです。会社内部の政治に巻き込まれることなく、自分の力を信じて仕事をすることです。
また、整理整頓の大切さや仕事の権限委譲についても書いてあります。これで「お金持ちになる」くらい項目を整理してくればもっと読みやすいのに、と思います。

Knowing how to establish a position in American society is packed. There are items that it is difficult to execute in the longitudinal society of Japan. For example, you may not be able to do it for a while, such as refusing to invite a drinking party with your boss. But what this book wants to appeal to is “to maximize your time and improve grades.” Being involved in the company’s internal politics, to believe in your own power and do the work.
It also describes the importance of organizing and delegating the authority of work. I think that it is easier to read if you organize the items as “get rich” with this.
