自分の会社を倒産させた筆者が、倒産社長の集まり「八起会」（やおきかい）を作り活動していく中で分かったこと・得られたことを綴った本です。事例が豊富でとても読みやすい。ただ事例が極端するような気がする。つまり、人間的に欠陥のある社長ばかり出てきます。多分実際はごく普通の社長さんなのでしょうが、筆力が足りないのか、読者に「この社長じゃ仕方ないな」と思わせる描写になっています。

とても読みやすい本です。

筆者の野口誠一氏はこの「八起会」を30年以上続けて、今年2016年3月に亡くなっています。

What I learned while the author who went bankrupt in his company, making bankruptcy presidents’ gatherings “Yachikai” (Yokikai) · Activities · It is a book about what I got. There are abundant cases and it is very easy to read. I just feel that the case is extreme. In other words, only presidents with human defects will come out. Perhaps, in fact, it is a very ordinary president, but it is a depiction that makes the reader think that this president is useless, whether the pen is insufficient.

It is a very easy-to-read book.

Mr. Seiichi Noguchi of this author has continued this “Hakkai” for over 30 years, and died in March 2016 this year.
