タイトル「靴磨きの少年…」は、このOL大家さんのブックレビューでかかれていた言葉です。
もともとは大恐慌直前のエピーソードでした。私が社会人になった頃はバブルの後期で、同僚が株や不動産を買っていました。私は全く興味がなかったので株の話を耳にすることはありませんでしたが、不動産については銀行が勤務先にまで紹介に来ていました。
この本の表紙を見て、私も「不動産ブームはここまで来たか」と思いました。国内GDPは名目・実質とも緩やかながら拡大を続けており、金利もマイナスが強調されていますから、ブームになるのも当然なのでしょうが、家賃年収50万円くらいで本を出せるのは、いくら著者がギャルOLだからといってもちょっと行き過ぎではないですか（出版社としては売れれば良いだけなのでしょうけど）。
物件を売ろうと考えている人、今すぐ売り抜けましょう。
