芦別市のこのアパート、現在売りに出ています。
This apartment in Ashibetsu city is currently on sale.

外装は綺麗なのですが、中は40年前から変わっていないみたい。
駐車場がない。無理すれば3台停まれそうだけど道にはみ出る。
The exterior is beautiful, but the inside seems to have not changed since 40 years ago.
