ミニミニ中央店を通じて本命である旭祥ハイツを申し込んだところ、不特定多数が出入りするのはだめだ、と速攻で断られたので、別の部屋を探すことにしました。
When applying for Asahi Sho Heights which is a favorite through the mini mini central store, we declined to look for another room because it was refused by haste that it is useless to have unspecified number going in and out.

空室発見。「英会話」と書いている看板の上の窓に「空室」と書いてあります。連絡先は書いていない。
このアパートはミニミニ中央店にも内見を依頼していたのですが、大家さんと連絡がつかない、ということで見ることはできなかった物件です。
私はこのアパートと同じ町内会の人間で、このアパートの大家さんがこのアパートで英会話教室を開いているのを知っていたので、部屋が借りれないか直接掛け合ってみることにしました。

部屋の鍵は開いていて、誰でも見られるようになっていたため、妻と一緒に見に行きました。

1985年建設。築33年。旭川医大の学生向けアパートです。開学当初はこの辺りに似たようなアパートがたくさんありました。
洋間6帖、奥が4畳半、キッチンが3畳。風呂もついています。
