事業所を借りるお話の続き
旭祥ハイツの次はサンシャイン平岡です。2年前に物件が売買されて現在はサンシャイン1となりました。

我が家のすぐ近くです。オーナーチェンジで外壁は直しているのですが、ほかは直していません。
写真には写っていませんが、外から部屋に入るまでのエントランスがすごく汚い。蜘蛛の巣、紙くず、ほこりなど、全く手入れしていないのがよくわかる。
まずは1階を見る

2階も見せてもらったのですがもっと汚い。本当に汚いのです。なんでも「入居が決まったら掃除する」という、不動産本に出てきそうな話だそうです。
事業所として借りて部屋の中をきれいにしても、あのエントランスじゃ来客者は逃げ出すでしょう。
部屋の作り自体は旭祥ハイツよりずっといい。私のものになればすぐ満室になるのに、と思いました。
