古典的名著。15年前に入手してずっと持っている本。職場を変わる時には本当にお世話になりました。

今読んでも本当に素晴らしい本です。原題は「悩みを止めて生活を始める方法」

この本が出た第二次世界大戦前はこのような自己啓発本（悩みの解決方法の本ですが自己啓発の一種でしょう）は少なかったらしく、巻頭語では「worry(悩み）より「worm（虫）の本の方が多い」と書いてあります。

この本のエッセンスは２項目に集約できます。

1.今日を区切りとして生きること

　「明日のことは明日が心配してくれる」と聖書に書いているそうです。今日を精一杯生きる事が大切

2.解決方法を知ること

1. 「起こりうる最悪の事態とは何か」と自問すること。
2. やむをえない場合には、最悪の事態を受け入れる覚悟をすること
3. それから落ち着いて最悪状態を好転させるよう努力すること

巻末の事例集で最も心に残ったのは、自分の書いた小説が映画になった人が、最後に家も財産もなくなったという例です。一文無しになった後、木箱に座って、「まだ健康的な肉体がある」と感謝するところ。

悩みのない人はいないでしょう。他人から見れば些細な悩みでも、本人にとっては人生を左右する重大なことかも知れません。この本を読めば、悩みの解決方法を知るとともに、自分の悩みはまだまだ小さいと感じることができます。万人にお勧めです。

Classical masterpiece. A book that I have been acquiring 15 years ago. I really appreciate it when I change my workplace.

It is a really wonderful book even if I read it now. The original title is “How to stop your troubles and start life”

Before World War II when this book came out, it seems that such self-enlightenment book (it is a kind of self-enlightenment though it is a book of solution method of trouble) seems to be few, in the beginning word “worry (trouble) There are more books of insects “.

The essence of this book can be summarized in two items.

1. Living as a delimiter today

“It is said that tomorrow will worry about tomorrow,” he says in the Bible. To live the best of today is important

2. Knowing the solution method

Ask yourself that “What is the worst possible situation?”
In case it is inevitable, be prepared to accept the worst
Then make an effort to calm down and make the worst state turn around
The most memorable thing in the case collection at the end of the book is the example that the person who wrote the novel that he wrote was the movie, the house and the wealth lasted. After I got no sentence, I sat thanking the wooden box “I still have a healthy body”.

There will be no one without trouble. Even trivial worries from other people’s perspective may be serious for himself to affect his life. If you read this book, you will know how to solve your problems and you can feel that your troubles are still small. It is recommended for everyone.

夢をつかむ方法

2011年頃にブックオフで購入。105円。105円で一生ものの本を入手できるから本当にいい時代になりました。

ページ数は少なく余白がいっぱいで値段は1404円もします。ですが、見開き2ページで一つの提案をしていて内容は無駄なことがなく、どこからでも読み始められます。あっという間に読み終えられます。

多くの自己啓発本を読んできましたが、この本が最も無駄がないような気がします。いい本です。

How to grab dreams

Purchased at book off around 2011. 105 yen. I got a really nice age because I can get the book of my life at 105 yen.

The number of pages is small, the margin is full and the price is 1404 yen as well. However, when making one proposal with two facing pages, the contents are useless and you can start reading from anywhere. You can finish reading in no time.

I have read many self-enlightening books, but this book seems to be the least wasted. It is a nice book.

良くできた啓蒙書です。後悔しない生き方をするために、具体的な30の方法を実践するように勧めています。

内容については、「一日一日を大切に生きる」「現状を地破る」「困難に挑戦する」等、啓蒙書や経営書と似ています。いっぱい啓蒙書を読んでいる人には、どこかで聞いたことのある内容ばかりが出てきます。それでも30項目で文章も短いため、短時間で読むことができます。

後悔の種類には二つあると筆者は言います。
・やったことを後悔すること
・やらなかったことを後悔すること
大きな事故は別にして、普通後悔が長く続くのは後者だと思います。前者はやった結果なのだから諦めは付くでしょう。しかし「やらなかったこと」は結果が分からないだけに良い方向にも悪い方向にも解釈が可能で、なかなか諦めが付きません。もう私くらいの歳になれば、諦めの付かないことはなるべく避けたい。やることやって、ちゃんと諦めて死にたいと思います。

It is a good enlightenment note. I encourage you to practice concrete 30 ways to live a way of not regretting.

As for the contents, it is similar to the enlightenment letter and the management book, “live carefully throughout the day”, “break the current situation”, “challenge difficulty”, etc. For those who are reading a lot of enlightenment documents, only the contents that I have heard somewhere will come out. Nevertheless, since the sentences are short in 30 items, they can be read in a short time.

The author says that there are two kinds of regret.
· To regret what you did
· To regret what you did not do
Apart from a big accident, I think that it is the latter that regrets usually last long. Because the former is the result of doing it, giving up will be attached. However, “I did not do” can be interpreted in both good and bad directions just because I do not know the result, and I can not accept it easily. As long as I am older, I would like to avoid avoiding as much as possible without giving up. I will do what I do and I will definitely give up and want to die.

有名なビリギャルです。映画にもなってそれもヒットしました。

これは面白かった。連続して3回読み返しました。事例として優れていることはもちろんですが、何より著者の筆力でしょう。ギャル語をちりばめ、家族の様子や友人たちの言葉も混ぜ込んで、実際にさやかちゃん（主人公）と一緒に勉強しているような気分になります。

慶應大学と言っても英語と小論文だけで入れる総合政策学部ですが、それでも十分立派です。勉強方法については英語・歴史・小論文のやり方が載っています。英語については「超勉強法」で書かれている教科書1冊丸暗記が基本だと思うのですが、このさやかちゃんでは基礎学力（特に国語）が低レベルなので適用外なのでしょう。歴史は大学入試科目ではなかったので私は分からないけれど、多分合っていると思います。特に歴史マンガを読んで勉強するというのは全く知識のない人には優れた方法だと思います。小論文についてはこうやって勉強するんだと初めて知りました。小論文は私は勉強したことがなかったけどいつもいい点数を取っていました。

大学のキャンパスを歩いて、受かりたい気持ちを高める、というのは超勉強法にも載っています。私はしませんでしたが娘には入りたい大学に連れて行きました。

元々さやかちゃんは頭が良かった（地頭と表現しています）のは間違いないでしょう。だから1年ちょっとの勉強で大学に合格できた。地頭の良さや元々進学校に在籍していた点を挙げて批判している文章も見られます。しかし短時間で目標に向ってまっすぐ突き進む努力と勇気を褒めるべきと思います。

映画「ビリギャル」も面白いらしいので、映画も見てみようと思っています。

It is a famous prairie. It became a movie and it also hit.

This was interesting. I read back three times in a row. Of course, as well as being excellent as a case, it will be the author’s strength. I feel like I’m actually studying with Sayaka (the main character) by studying the girls ‘words, mixing the state of my family and friends’ words.

Although Keita University is said to be a comprehensive policy department that puts it in English only and essays, it is still adequate. About the method of study, the way of English, history, essay writing is posted. For English, I believe that a textbook written in “Superbooking Law” is basically memorandum 1, but this Sayaka is not applicable because basic academic ability (especially national language) is low level. I do not know history because I was not a college entrance examination subject, but I think that it is likely to match. Especially I think that reading and studying history manga is an excellent way for those who have no knowledge at all. I learned about an essay for the first time because I’m studying like this. I have never studied essays in an essay but I always had a good score.

Writing on the campus of the university and raising the desire to receive is also included in the super study method. I did not, but I took her to the university I wanted to enter.

Originally Sayaka would have been smart (I’m referring to the street) is no doubt. So I passed a university with a bit of study for a year. You can also see sentences which criticize by mentioning the goodness of the street and originally enrolled in the secondary school. However, I think that I should praise the effort and courage to push straight forward towards the goal in a short time.

It seems that the movie “Billigal” is also interesting, so I’m thinking of watching movies.
