キャッスル東光へはxxxxライフの会長と２度行っています。最初は物件を初めて見たとき、次は内装修理のポイントを教えてもらった時です。何せ初めての物件なので、どのように内装を整えて入居者を呼び込めば良いのか分からなかったので、不動産管理を長年やっている会長に聞けばいいと思ったからです。

結局、この会長はお金が好きなだけで不動産が好きなのではないということです。

提案されたことのほとんどは実行せずに、それでも5ヶ月後には満室になりました。
この会長とは1ヶ月後に管理でもめて、縁が切れることになります。
