旭川の不動産情報で、忠和の物件が「商談中」になっていました。忠和は何度もチラシ配りをしたのでアパートはすべて分かります。

売値は3700万円。今年始めに売り始めていて、最初は4500万円だったはず。空きは1部屋だけだそうです。忠和でのこ入居率は驚異的。
タワーで管理している忠和サニーパレスと全く競合する物件ですが、サニーパレスのほうが街やスーパーに近いだけ有利です。
買いたいと手を挙げている人はどこの人なのでしょう。忠和は客付けが大変。加えて奥に行けば行くほどもっと大変ですから私は買わない。

ここのアパート、隣との距離が近くて、雪が降ると玄関の反対側の窓がすべて雪で埋まります。つまり、12月から4月初めまではほとんど真っ暗な中で生活することになります。

エクシードから100mも離れていません。冬の惨状を見て、このアパートの入居者をエクシードに引き入れたいと思っていましたが、誰も来てくれませんでした。
