スエーデン製の鍵が壊れた　The key made by Sweden has been broken.

知人宅でドアの鍵が壊れたので直してきました。
北海道に多い、木製の玄関ドアです。スエーデン製です。
Because the key of the door was broken at my acquaintance’s house, I corrected it.
It is a wooden entrance door which is rich in Hokkaido. It is made by Sweden.

症状は、鍵穴に鍵を差してもドアロックが解除できない。内側からサムターンをまわしてもロック解除できないというもの。
原因は、写真に示す鍵穴と、ドアをロックしているピストンの部分の連結が壊れたためです。
Symptoms can not be unlocked even if you lock the keyhole. It can not be unlocked even if turning thumb turns from inside.
The reason is that the connection between the keyhole shown in the picture and the part of the piston that locks the door is broken.

分解した上、鍵穴にマイナスドライバーを突っ込んで根気よく回していたらロックが解除できました。ミシン油を大量に差して元通り組み立てると何事もなく直ってしまった。ですがまた同じことが起こるでしょう。日本製に比べて構造が複雑（というかよけいな構造がある。日本製は鍵穴シリンダーとピストンは直接つながっているのですがこの製品はシリンダーとピストンの間に歯車がある）ので、同じような故障がよく起きるようです。
舶来品でしかももう生産中止の物品のため、ネットで注文しても3万円弱する。やっぱり日本製が良いですね。

When assembling the original by inserting a large amount of sewing machine oil, it felt he got straight without any problems. But the same thing will happen again. The structure is more complicated than that made in Japan (there is a wonderful structure, which is directly connected to the keyhole cylinder and the piston in Japan, but this product has a gear between the cylinder and the piston), so the same Breakdown seems to happen often.
Even if you order on the net, we will weigh less than 30,000 yen because it is a brand-new item and already discontinued production. After all it is good made in Japan.
