問題はこの土地が旗状地でとても狭いこと。

When I asked the neighbors, it was originally an elderly couple living, and recently the couple died so quickly that they were sold for sale.
The problem is that this land is a flag – like place and it is very narrow.
遠くにボンゴ車が止まっている場所の奥の家が売り家です。通路はどん詰まりの家2戸での共同所有。ボンゴ車がそこにあるのはそこにしか停める場所がないからです。一戸建て賃貸だと駐車場は最低2台分は必要ですが、この家では確保できない。もし確保できても雪を捨てる場所がない。
安いのは安いだけの理由があるのです。
The house behind the place where the bongo car is stopped is a selling house in the distance. The aisle is jointly owned by two clogged houses. The reason why the bongo car is there is because there is no place to stop there. For single-family rental, at least two parking lots are necessary, but this vacation can not be secured. There is no place to throw away snow even if it can be secured.
There is a reason only cheap is cheap.
