これは土地を見ただけで断念した物件です。ですがお手頃なのは間違いないので、この記事が掲載される頃には売れているかもしれません。
This is a property I gave up just by looking at the land. However, there is no doubt that it is affordable, so it may be sold around the time this article is posted.

近所の人に聞いたところ、元々老夫婦が住んでいて、最近その夫婦が立て続けに亡くなったため売りに出されたとのこと。
問題はこの土地が旗状地でとても狭いこと。

遠くにボンゴ車が止まっている場所の奥の家が売り家です。通路はどん詰まりの家2戸での共同所有。ボンゴ車がそこにあるのはそこにしか停める場所がないからです。一戸建て賃貸だと駐車場は最低2台分は必要ですが、この家では確保できない。もし確保できても雪を捨てる場所がない。
安いのは安いだけの理由があるのです。

The reason why the bongo car is there is because there is no place to stop there. For single-family rental, at least two parking lots are necessary, but this vacation can not be secured. There is no place to throw away snow even if it can be secured.
