私の水落としが不完全だったために入居当日に水が出ないことになってしまいました。入居者や業者の方々にはご迷惑をおかけしました。

私が買ってきた↑これにしたのは良いのですが、これは寒冷地仕様ではなく水が抜けないため入居時には破裂していたそうです。
買った時には「寒冷地仕様」を全く無視していました。寒冷地仕様はお湯と水の取り入れ口に逆流防止弁がなく、寒冷地仕様以外では弁が付いているのだそうです。弁があると水がお湯側に逆流せず、給湯器の故障が少なくなるそうなのですが、逆流できないので空気が入り込まず水が抜けません。
勉強になりました。次はちゃんと寒冷地仕様の器具を買います。
